Achievements |
This summer I learned a lot about what the difference is between a good leader and a great leader. I was able to run a department of 11 staff. I learned how to implement management by walking around, and about building assets in children. I learned how to evaluate staff, and how to manage a heavy supplied department.
Additionally, I took care of four cabins with 9-15 children each. In this position I lead my cabins through evening programs and night time rituals. |
